since revealing our pharmacology professor's wicked sense of humor, i had some requests for a real-life version. here's my first try at the video editing thing - it's not his best joke, but i do think you'll get a good idea of his personality. and style.
p.s. - this came right after we had a big disappointment - he had asked for cookies to be brought at the end of the lecture, so the original joke was about cookies. it was supposed to be a surprise and as he neared the end of the lecture, he got more and more flustered as it seemed that no cookies were going to be delivered. he even stepped outside at one point and asked the random passerby "are you delivering cookies?" he came back in muttering, "i'm not crazy." anyway, it was pretty adorable and since we got a good laugh out of that, plus a different joke, we weren't too bitterly disappointed.
